How do I create an account?

  1. Click the "Login" link in the top right corner
  2. Enter your email address in the "Create an Account" section
  3. You will be sent a password via email once the account has been set up

I have forgot my password?

  1. Click the "Login" link in the top right corner
  2. Click "Forgot your password" link in the "Already Registered" section
  3. Enter your email address and click "Retrieve Password"

Do I have to create an account to buy products?

Yes, you must create an account to complete a purchase.


What are my options to pay? Can I use a credit card?

Please refer to the Payment Options page for more information.


Do I have to pay sales tax (GST)?

No, there is no sales tax charged on the products as we are not registered for GST.


I want an item but it says it is out of stock?

Please let us know if you require an item that is not currently available. We will be able to advise when the item will be available again to order.


Can I collect the goods myself?

Yes. Collection will be in the Clementi area and we will contact you upon confirmation of the order to advise further.


My order never arrived?

If you are in Singapore, please give 3 working days for your order to be received by Registered Mail (7 days by normal mail). If you have not received your order by these timeframes, please use the contact form and send the details and we will advise the status of your order.


Do you have a cancellation policy?

No, all products are sold as non-returnable and non-exchangeable.


How do I return an item?

How much is my shipping and do you ship overseas?

Please refer to the Delivery Options for the pricing and yes, we do ship overseas.


I received the wrong product.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product.
